I’m Jac Lauren, a disabled, neurodivergent radio and podcast producer based in Camden, NSW. I have worked as a university administrator and paralegal in the community sector before moving into radio and podcasting production. I have gained experience in all areas of podcast production from ideation to final product delivery. I have experience recording under many conditions, in studio, on location and remotely, and editing with a variety of industry standard tools.

I contribute to FBI Radio’s All the Best program. My current podcasting project, Popscene will be released between July – September 2025 and explores the social, cultural, economic, and political aspects of the Britpop musical genre.

As a disabled person from southwest Sydney with a strong interest in social justice, I am passionate about diversity in media. I use my skills to tell stories about marginalised groups and to help marginalised people to tell their stories. I am enthusiastic about vocal diversity in radio and podcasting and in using technology to increase the diversity of voices on the airwaves.
